CryptX Review 2024

How do you recognize an excellent crypto trading automation software? Due to a flood of newly-founded companies, rebranding of old names, and aggressive marketing of their competition, this can be extremely difficult.

This is why every detailed review is welcome, especially to trading beginners. Today in the examination room we have CryptX. Let’s check how it performs, shall we?

Many companies have decided to act upon the quickly-growing crypto trading market and create their own trading automation software.

As with every nascent and growing industry, all sorts of tools can be found: those that are helpful, those created to make quick cash for the developers more than to make quick cash for you, and those that are outright scams and offer nothing in return.

How do you distinguish between a good trading bot and a bad trading bot? In theory, bots are very simple: you make a script with some instructions, connect to a cryptocurrency exchange, and press “run”.

However, the devil’s in the details, and the difference is in the set of instructions available, versatility of the exchange range, and accessibility of code maker and editor.

In other words, almost everyone can make a trading bot. It is those who can make a good trading bot who are rare.

Is CryptX a good trading bot or just a trading bot? It is the goal of this review to find that out.

What’s CryptX?

CryptX is a crypto trading terminal designed to act as a hub for day traders that will include a plethora of tools to assist rookie traders and experienced veterans of crypto trade alike.

From automated crypto trading scripts, analytics, and regular market inspections to backtesting, profit loss control, and portfolio management, CryptX aims to have it all.

As it all is a bit too much to swallow immediately, CryptX relies on an intuitive and simple user interface custom-tailored to help users successfully navigate to different features and daily aspects of crypto day trading.

In fact, the whole terminal is designed in a way to emulate quick learning processes.

Visual cues, infographics, and a very palatable color scheme of the dashboard serve the same purpose, and that is to make users less stressful when they use the app and to ease them into the trade.

This is the pitch given to the customers when they first visit their website, at least. Does it hold water, though?

Claims of being successful, after all, are easier to make than act upon and prove them as facts.

Most importantly, is CryptX reliable enough and does it make a profit? Hopefully we’ll reach the conclusion by the end of this review.

CryptX Crypto Trading Bot Review

As for the CryptX’s trading bots, the most obvious feature is that they are premade so that users do not have to spend time making the bots themselves.

Also, premade bots do not require any coding or previous trading skills in order to be created and run, which is quite alluring to novice traders and those who are just trying their hands at crypto trading.

At the forefront is CryptX’s arbitrage bot, a script that (ab)uses market inefficiencies and price differences in various markets, moving in to capitalize on them as soon as they occur.

CryptX’s arbitrage bot will monitor the conditions on two exchanges that you select and buy and/or sell when it is profitable to do so.

Other bots at CryptX’s disposal include the accumulator bot, a rudimentary script that buys at a preset price range until the desired amount is accumulated, the Bollinger bands bot, the popular script that buys below the lower band price and sells over the upper band price, the MACD bot, Order Chain bot, RSI bot, and a Combo bot.

This is pretty much it when it comes to the variety of trading bots.

Customization options are non-existent, which prevents inexperienced traders from “making mistakes” but also prevents experienced ones from tweaking the code for better performance.

Ease of Use & Accessibility

CryptX Trade

The direct consequence of the total lack of customizability of trading bots from CryptX is that the level of skill and experience required to use CryptX is minimal.

The other side of the coin is that, as soon as these traders accumulate a bit of experience, they will see that the platform is restricting them and thus the likelihood of profits that they make.

Traders with some time spent trading under their belt will see this immediately and will most likely skip the platform entirely.

On the positive note, this ties in well with their overall new user-friendly policy and the simple and intuitive visual design of their trading terminal.

The app is cloud-based, so it should be accessible at all times by users, even on the go.

In practice, however, their website experiences downtimes as experienced by us when we tried to access their services in order to write a review, and if we are to be honest, it has to be included here.

Analytics, Reporting, and KPI

CryptX Dashboard-Features

Another selling point of CryptX is the fact that they offer extensive research and insights into the market state as a part of their standard service.

Fast price reporting is the primary feature of their profit-loss control, which is designed to keep you noted on every potential hazard to your active trade deals.

The terminal hosts a lot of historical data as well against which you can run your bots and check their success probability.

Informed trading decisions and past trading data experience are crucial in planning your trading approach and strategy, so this is a very welcome addition.

Supported Exchanges

CryptX Exchanges

In order to get a chance to make a profit, the bot has to have access to cryptocurrency exchanges.

The more access it has, the better the chances of it discovering a potential trade deal and committing to it.

CryptX has quite a number of exchanges supported. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Binance
  • BitFinex
  • Bitstamp
  • HitBTC
  • Kraken
  • KuCoin
  • Coinbase

Security & Safety

CryptX has vowed to protect and preserve your safety and privacy when using their terminal. First of all, it relies on the two-factor authentication (2FA) to safeguard your cryptocoins.

Even if you lose your password to ill-intended individuals, your data is still safe and under protection.

The site upholds the international standards of safety (ISO/IEC 27001 standard), and their services are hosted via Amazon Web Services (AWS) in order to keep up with their competition.

CryptX Pricing

When it comes to pricing, CryptX comes in three different pricing plans. The first one is the Starter plan, which is free and serves as a sort of a trial version.

It provides access to one account, has a limit of two exchanges, limits the monthly trading volume to $10,000, has only one active trading bot, allows for one backtest per day, and gives monthly KPI reporting.

The second plan is the Advanced plan. It removes the limit on the number of active accounts, gives access to all exchanges, limits the monthly trading volume to $1,000,000, increases the number of active bots to 10, allows 100 backtests per day, and gives yearly KPI reporting. It comes for $37 per month.

The ultimate plan is called Professional and it provides everything from the previous two plus unlimited monthly trading volume, unlimited active bots, 1,000 backtests per day, and lifetime KPI reporting.

Oh, and also a dedicated VIP customer support gets included into this package.

Besides the Starter plan being free, CryptX also offers a month of the Professional plan as a trial version that allows you to test its services before committing.

Top-Rated Crypto Trading Bots

These crypto trading bots have been voted as the best consistently in user ratings across various websites.

Review Verdict

Finally, we have reached the conclusion of this review, and we have promised some answers.

Is CryptX a better bot than the rest that the market has to offer? Is it good enough to be stable, reliable, and profitable?

CryptX has some viable solutions and has solved a number of issues that plague similar software, but it is by no means the best that the market has to offer.

While it allows even inexperienced people into the trading market, it severely limits the performance of its bots by making them rigid and non-customizable.

Abler software will reach good trade deals more quickly, and CryptX’s scripts will not have the option to adapt to the new market circumstances.

This does not mean that every trading automation solution on the market suffers from the same issues.

Instead of CryptX, why don’t you give Pionex or Bitsgap a go?

They establish a perfect balance between accessibility and performance, giving you many options to bear your competition in the big crypto trading race while also providing a smooth learning curve and a lot of assistance in the early stages of trading for newcomers.

After all, you don’t need to believe us. Try them both, as CryptX also has a free sampling version.

You will only pay in time spent on the trial. Or save your time and go for Pionex or Bitsgap instead. You won’t be disappointed.
