BEST PROXY SERVICES
Zoom Proxies Review 2023
Recently, I decided to give Zoom Proxies a try and see if their services hold up to their quality standards.
In this article, we’re going to review multiple aspects of this proxy provider as stated below:
- How well do their proxies work?
- What are their prices?
- What are the services’ features?
- Better alternative proxy providers.
This detailed review of Zoom Proxies will go over their general pros and cons and the legitimacy of the proxy services they provide.
Zoom Proxies Review Summary
First and foremost, I’d like to say that Zoom Proxies is a legitimate company, so there is no need to worry. I’ll also state that their services have a decent uptime when they have proxies available, that is.
Unfortunately, those are the only two pros I can currently say about the service, due to the fact their services seem to be littered with a handful of cons.
To start, they don’t offer any residential proxies, which are highly favored among most that use them.
As far as available locations are concerned, you only have two options: Chicago, IL, and Ashburn, VA. Not to mention that in the description of their service guarantee, they note that their proxies will “most likely work.”
If you’re worried about the security of their proxies, you should consider they don’t even offer live chat for customer support.
In many cases, if someone runs into an issue with their proxy, they need help asap.
Lastly, their services are way over-priced for what they deliver.
Top-Rated Proxy Providers
These proxies providers have been voted as the best consistently in user ratings across various websites.
First we collated the user review data, then we performed our own tests to ensure 100% legitimacy of the proxies.
These are by far the best proxy providers on the market today.

How Can Zoom Proxies Help You?
Unfortunately, Zoom Proxies can’t help with a lot outside of datacenter proxies.
These types of proxies are prone to bans and, based on the sites listed on their website Supreme and Kith, they seem best used for grabbing new clothing releases.
Most people prefer residential IPs because their geo-location and activity look more authentic.
Since Zoom Proxies doesn’t provide these, there are only a few areas where their services could be helpful.
For example:
- Basic cybersecurity
- Masking your actual IP address
- Access to certain content that has geo-restrictions
- Using bots for grabbing new clothing releases
As previously stated, they only work on a handful of suggested sites, and they can’t guarantee that their proxies will work every time.
Additionally, they could quickly get banned as datacenter proxies are relatively easy to detect, and their geo-location doesn’t help their reliability either.
Features of Zoom Proxies
The proxy provider makes a few claims regarding their features, from fast and reliable authenticated proxies to a guarantee to work on only specific sites such as Shopify and Supreme, but also may not work on said sites at all times.
Although somewhat misleading, the proxy provider mentions how successful their services are, contradicting their previous statements.
Zoom Proxies only provides two locations for their proxies:
- Ashburn, VA
- Chicago, IL
They also suggest only using their proxies for the following sites:
- Undefeated
- Kith
- Doverstreetmarket
- “And will most likely work” on specific sites.
- They also say “etc.,” leaving you to wonder for yourself, I assume.
Furthermore, there are a few upsides to their services:
- Instant delivery of proxies after purchase
- Fast proxies
- High success rates
- Discord support
- Unlimited bandwidth
Zoom Proxies makes quite a few positive claims, but the pros of their services don’t have much to do with the quality of the proxies themselves and don’t meet a wide range of basic needs amongst proxy users.
How Zoom Proxies Services Work
To use Zoom Proxies, you’ll need to create an account first. You’ll need to click the “Login” button first and select the “Register an Account” option.
From there, the site will ask for your full name, your email, and password for the new account. After that, you’ll want to visit your “Dashboard” and then log in. As expected, Zoom Proxies has a reasonably rudimentary dashboard with the following sections:
- Tasks
- Proxies
- Billing
- Settings
You can see an example of the dashboard UI below.
In the proxies tab, you’ll see a few columns as in IP, port, user, as well as the password and the proxies speed.
It’s a fairly simple interface that allows you to easily add or remove proxies and buy new proxies as well.
All you have to do is log in to your account, buy your preferred package, and your proxies will be available.
Zoom Proxies Pricing Structure
Below, you’ll find a photo of their current pricing structure, and it seems they only have one option available: the monthly plan.
Interestingly, earlier today, both plans were out of stock, making their service entirely unavailable for an unknown amount of time.
Zoom Proxies allows you to purchase 25, 50, or 100 proxies at a time, with a 3-day and monthly subscription model (if they’re available).
Aside from the 3-day plan being out of stock, this seems to be a common issue with the proxy provider based on reviews.
Compared to the proxy provider alternatives we spoke of previously, their pricing structure is costly—an overall strange asking price based on the inefficiency of their proxies and limited use cases.
You can easily purchase more affordable and reliable proxies from the alternative proxy providers and a more trustworthy platform to match.
One proxy provider that you could easily rely on is Bright Data.
They offer:
- Multiple pricing structures that can bring prices down to $0.62 per IP
- Multiple proxy types such as datacenter, residential, ISP, and more
- Data collection
- Dedicated account managers
- A dev team with a customer-centered focus
- Timely customer support
- Sleek UI
- Reliable proxies
- Multiple use-cases
- Plenty of locations for your proxies
Is Zoom Proxies a Legitimate Service?
After spending some time with the platform, I have to say it lacks significantly in quite a few areas, as mentioned prior in the article.
Regardless of missing information like an FAQ, or live chat option, the service isn’t even available 100% of the time.
There are plenty of other proxy providers that bring a more reliable image and a better pricing structure.
Outside of the many cons that can be found with Zoom Proxies, it isn’t hard to find satisfied customer reviews online across social platforms like Twitter and Reddit.
Even though they may not be the best proxy provider out there, Zoom Proxies itself is still a legitimate company.
Review Conclusion
At the end of the day, I have to ask myself, would I recommend Zoom Proxies and their services?
Considering that the alternatives have many more pros than Zoom Proxies, I’m sad to say that I couldn’t recommend using their proxies.
Having so many limited use cases, no actual guarantee on their proxies, and an expensive price tag makes it easy to look for other proxy providers like Bright Data, SSL Private Proxy, and Smart Proxy, respectively.
Best Alternative to Zoom Proxies
Bright Data (formerly Luminati)
For a great alternative to Zoom Proxies, you can’t go wrong with Bright Data. They’re a known industry-leading proxy service provider.
For proxy types, they offer data center, ISP, residential, and mobile proxies too.
Furthermore, they have a fair pricing model and 24/7 customer support.
They also provide plenty of free resources and news related to proxies and online security.
SSL Private Proxy
This proxy provider is considered one of the best options for those on a budget.
SSL Private Proxy offers quite a few specific proxies that are private, shared, for video games, classified ads, and more.
Their service comes with many US locations, as well as options in over 30+ other countries.
It seems they care about their customers as they also provide a knowledge base center, customer support, and even an affiliate program for the dedicated user.
Smart Proxy
For our third alternative to Zoom Proxies, we have Smart Proxy.
Their services are easily a runner-up to Bright Data, and for the most part, it’s because they offer fewer features but more than enough to satisfy your average proxy user.
Notably, Smart Proxy offers residential, data center, and search engine proxies as well.
