YouTube is the global leader in video sharing; with over 2 billion monthly users, the potential that YouTube brings for business discovery and brand awareness is huge.
Not only that, when you have enough views and subscribers, your channel can be monetized, which is a big draw for many YouTube users.
With these big opportunities for driving profit on YouTube, many users are desperate for ways to boost their subscribers and get more people viewing their videos. Where there is demand, supply is created, and many companies out there now claim they are the answer to your YouTube prayers.
Companies are selling packages for YouTube growth these days, and while there are a few that may actually deliver some beneficial results, a lot of them are all bark and no bite. These companies are notorious for trying to gather more user data or simply line their pockets.
One of these companies, YTPals, has a big claim of giving users free YouTube subscribers and likes. Is this possible? Does YTPals really help your YouTube account?
We’ve created this YTpals review so that you can understand what YTpals will do to your account, and whether or not they’re a viable option to boost your YouTube performance. Let’s take a look.
How Does YT Pals Work?
YTpals claims to be a YouTube growth provider that can help you to gain more subscribers and likes on your YouTube account. They say that they can do this for free and that the login process takes only 30 seconds. They also then mention that you have to activate a plan, which can be their free plan or one of their paid plans.
Of course, they offer paid plans, otherwise, the service wouldn’t be able to stay in business. Then, the next step is to watch your subscribers and video likes increase.
They say that you’ll gain 10 subscribers per 12 hours, but you have to subscribe to 20 channels and like 20 videos?
Um, excuse me, come again?
Can you tell me what the benefits of this service are?
This makes zero sense.
Not only that, you have to activate this plan repeatedly otherwise it won’t continue to work. Is this a viable YouTube strategy? It doesn’t mention at all what type of subscribers or likes you’re going to get on your account, so there’s no doubt about the fact that these are not authentic engagements or subscribers.
While it’s free, this will not bring any value to your YouTube account and can actually harm your reputation. You have to follow and like 20 channels and 20 videos!! This is insanity.

Free YouTube Likes and Subscribers are NEVER Free
YouTube works based on subscribers and engagements, namely video views. The more video views you have, the better your content will perform against the YouTube algorithm. Imagine that you did activate the “free” plan that YTpals offers; you have more likes on your videos than video views? How does that make sense?
Likes are great, but the true drivers of success on YouTube are subscribers and viewers. If you keep increasing your subscribers but not views, you won’t do well on YouTube anyway. Not only that, nothing is free these days. When you “activate” this “free” plan, they want your information so that they can keep pestering you to sign up for a paid plan.
The most entertaining thing about YTPals and their service claims is that they have over 500k clients. That’s ridiculous. They don’t have anywhere near 500k clients, and if they did, they wouldn’t be messing around with free likes and subscribers. In addition, if they have so many subscribers, why aren’t they more popular and well known?
It doesn’t add up. This is just a tactic to fortify their reputation, and ultimately it falls flat. There is literally nothing about quality on their website, and they don’t mention anything about service. Since it’s free and you have to sign up every 12 hours, they probably don’t care too much anyway.
Let’s review YTPals’ premium service options.
The good thing about YTpals is that they at least use PayPal for secure payments and allow users to see their pricing information, which is more than we can say for some other services that supposedly offer free YouTube services.
In fact, another YouTube service provider, SubPals, has an almost identical website to YTpals, so we are thinking they are connected in some way.
In any case, they say for all of their premium options that you are going to subscribe to 0 channels and like 0 videos, and that the plan renews itself, of course. They want that auto-draft! The plan pricing includes 3 options that range from $20-$80. This is really expensive and they don’t even tell you what you’ll be getting in terms of subscriber quality nor how they provide them.
We are not impressed, and if anything, it sounds like a scheme to get you set up for auto payment plans. From all appearances, it looks like the subscribers that YTpals provides are totally useless and are likely to drop off of your account over time, as YouTube does frequent cleanups of inactive and fake accounts.
They also mention they provide likes, but nowhere does it say anything about how or how many. Shady.
YTpals is just another run-of-the-mill social media service trying to make a quick buck without really being upfront about what their customers will receive. They share a bit more information about their services than others do, but even still, it’s clear that the service provides nothing of value.
And their free plan? What a joke. You get 10 subscribers for subscribing to 20 channels and liking 20 videos. Makes zero sense. Skip YTpals. There are better ways to fortify your YouTube performance; with their service, you won’t be making any real progress anytime soon.
How to Choose the Best YouTube Growth Company
If you’re looking to choose a YouTube company that will actually provide you something valuable and not waste your time as YTPals does, then you should consider the following factors before buying YouTube views and other engagements:
- FAQ and site information: the information available on the website should be detailed and realistic. It doesn’t do you any good if the company avoids telling you what to expect or how the service works. Pay close attention to the way the site explains their service and make sure they have a lot of details and resolve any doubts.
- Terms of service: once you look into the information on the site, check their terms of service. It’s not uncommon for companies like YTPals to say a lot of awesome things about the service and then bow out of those responsibilities in their terms of service. Don’t be tricked and do your homework before buying.
- Check online reviews: YTPals would make you think that they’re amazing based on Trustpilot reviews, but virtually all of those reviews are completely false because they are “invited” reviews. Really look at what people are saying about the service online before choosing to work with them.
Now that you know a few things to keep an eye out for, let’s focus on what you can do yourself while you find the best YouTube growth service without rushing.
Five Hacks for More YouTube Subscribers
To wrap up our article today we’re going to give you three of the hottest tips for growing your YouTube subscribers on your own. Many people are looking for the easy way out and think that once they’ve bought YouTube subscribers they can sit back and relax, their work is done.
Don’t let that person be you!
While buying YouTube subscribers does help you in the long run, it’s by no means the only thing you should be doing in order to have a successful YouTube channel. You need to keep honing your strategies and creating awesome content to keep your subscribers and new viewers happy.
Do yourself a favor and try to implement a few of these tips into your general YouTube routine. You’ll be glad you did since they all provide great results. Even if YTPals wasn’t the best option, it doesn’t mean you can’t grow your YouTube account with another viable service.
1. Choose Attractive Thumbnail Images
Think about it— the first thing a user is going to see when they come across your video is the thumbnail image that you’ve chosen for the video. This means that you have to choose one that is optimized for attracting viewers.
Choose a high-quality image that has clear and vivid colors. Make sure it represents what the video is about and add annotations like arrows or circles if it’s appropriate and piques the viewers’ curiosity.
Nothing is worse than having your content passed up on simply because you didn’t choose the right thumbnail.
2. Quality over Quantity
You should always be focused on creating better quality videos. This is much more likely to bring in more subscribers and retain them over the long haul. If you have a bunch of videos that users really don’t care for much, you’re not going to see success.
In addition, you should always respond to every comment on your channel. This shows that you are active and that you care about the people viewing your videos, as well as anyone who subscribes. Encourage users that have commented to subscribe.
Another thing you can do to offer a better quality YouTube channel is to optimize your channel page. Have your page looking professional with great thumbnails and brand aesthetics; you should also have a clear description that tells people what you’re about right off the bat.
While it seems obvious, this is something that many users often miss. You can embed a subscribe button in your videos so that users can do so right there, and this is a big tip that you should definitely follow.
You don’t want to be obnoxious in your videos— keep the subscribe button subtle so that it doesn’t annoy the viewer or impede their experience.
That said, make sure that viewers understand its a subscribe button. In some cases, people have used their business logos for a subscribe button so that it looks nice on their video, but viewers had no idea and it delivered almost no results.
Use a subscribe button in your videos that mirrors what the YouTube “subscribe” button looks like on a channel. This is the easiest and most effective way to get more subscribers through a button on your videos.
4. Create Playlists
When you create playlists, you offer viewers a concentrated set of valuable videos and information, making them want to subscribe to your channel. It’s even better if these playlists are about valuable information as opposed to just topics.
For example, if you have a playlist titled “salsa dancing,” you may want to consider renaming it “how to salsa dance like a pro.” This is more enticing for users and can help you get the necessary traction and interest in order to get more subscribers through playlists.
Not only that, when you have playlists, your video watch time is increased, helping you to boost your views and watch time as well. Triple win!
5. Cross-Promote on Other Social Networks
Another big way to help you get more YouTube subscribers is to promote your videos on other social media networks. With so many users on so many different social media networks, tapping into the audience that other platforms have can do a lot for your YouTube success.
For instance, hype up your YouTube account on Facebook and Instagram so that your users will head over to YouTube and check you out when you post new videos. It’s important to leverage the audience that you have on other networks to bring them over to YouTube, especially if you’re just starting out.
This is also beneficial if you have a larger following on one social media network but a relatively low one on YouTube. Take your loyal followers from one platform to another— they can’t join you if they have no idea your YouTube channel exists!
