There are many social media platforms out there these days, and the most popular include Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, all of which have over 1 billion monthly active users (and counting). It’s incredibly hard to get noticed on these platforms with so much competition out there.
For those who have specific interests and want to connect with a smaller community in a certain niche, there are other social media platforms out there as well. Twitch, an Amazon subsidiary, is the most popular social media network for the video game niche, as well as other things that people love.
While they don’t have 1 billion monthly active users, they still have millions, coming in at about 37.5 million monthly active users. The great thing about this is that the niche is super specific, which means users are really active and engaged, and there is a lot of potential to become a super Twitch user that actually gets paid for their streams on the platform.
In order to do this, however, you need lots of followers. As with any social media platform, it’s a difficult balance between creating awesome content and engaging with enough target users to gain more organic followers.
For this reason, many companies have now expanded to include the popular Twitch social media site for anyone looking to boost their persona on the platform. And, like many other services, it’s important to do your research and pick the right one, as there are many downsides to using a bad social media growth service, Twitch included.
We’ve been doing our research, and we’ve come across one service, in particular, ViewerLabs, that we wanted to review.
After you read our review, you’ll be able to make a more informed decision about your social media growth service.
Let’s take a look!
What is it?
ViewerLabs is a service that offers you Twitch growth that supposedly gives you “that little nudge” in order to get noticed on Twitch. How?
That’s a good question— on their website they don’t really tell you straight out. While most people are looking to gain Twitch followers, ViewerLabs is a Twitch bot that probably perpetuates Twitch views.
While views are necessary for any social media, this doesn’t mean that you’ll gain more followers, so it’s not likely that the ViewerLabs service will get much traction for your account in terms of more followers.
While it’s true that having more views helps your reputation become stronger in terms of social cred, there’s no guarantee that you’ll get more followers this way. There is no direct interaction with users on the platform, which is usually the most effective way to get more attention and more followers on social media networks.
Let’s take a look at the features of Viewers Lab and see if there is anything that may help you with your Twitch goals.
What concerns us most about Viewer Labs is that their main features include bots; this form of Twitch growth is not allowed on the platform, and can even cause you to be banned from the platform.
Even still, the bots that ViewerLabs offers are described as a viewer bot, and chatbot. If you want to use both, you’ll have to pay more.
ViewerLabs packages their bot services into a few different options based on what services you want as well as how many views and chatbox messages the bot will perpetuate.
They do offer a trial, but it’s only for thirty minutes. In all of our research and time working with social media growth companies, we’ve never seen anything like this. Who can make a realistic decision based on only 30 minutes of run time?
It seems totally unproductive. It’s great that they offer something, but this trial isn’t going to help anyone make a decision.
Not only that, in the packages, it says “realistic channel views.” So, how is that possible? Well, they’re not real, and they’re simply trying to act like these bots aren’t going to get you flagged by the platform.
It doesn’t matter how “real” views or messages look, they simply aren’t, and the Twitch network can detect this. Ultimately, using the ViewerLabs service won’t guarantee you any results and can get you in hot water with Twitch
The real problem is also the pricing schemes. They’re not cheap. The most expensive price that you will pay per month is $310, and you’ll only get 500 live viewers and 500 chatbot chatters.
It doesn’t mention how frequently you’ll get them, so we are assuming it’s monthly, but it’s not much. It also promises certain amounts of followers, but how? They don’t mention anything about this in their service, and yet in the packages it says they are provided.
We’re not impressed by their packages and pricing, and as it turns out, customers aren’t either.

Disappointing Customer Feedback
One big thing we noticed was that there were very alarming reviews about the ViewerLabs service. This is a key signal that the service isn’t a good option and that it probably won’t work well.
The customer feedback isn’t just a bit negative, it’s pretty much all negative, and really fervent that the service is horrible, and even a scam.
The reviews that were most disheartening were the ones from Trustpilot. 62% of all reviews on Trustpilot are the worst that they can be, and many caution that it’s a scam, the service didn’t work at all nor was it functioning, and the support was abysmal.
Even when the service wasn’t working or wasn’t being provided, users weren’t offered or provided a refund, and they were sometimes rarely even attended to. This is a really bad sign and based on reviews like these, we definitely don’t recommend the service.
The biggest problem with ViewerLabs is that their services have had many technical issues and it’s clear from client reviews that the service simply didn’t work or deliver what they’d expected.
There are other alternatives for Twitch growth out there that make more sense and don’t cost as much. Avoid ViewerLabs.
