OPM Wealth Review for 2023

We live in a day and age when everybody wants to have their brand online or wants to somehow make money online.

It’s no secret that there are tons of people out there either through social media or some other way who have managed to make a decent amount of money through the Internet, and even quit their day job.

However, this doesn’t mean that it’s all sunshine and rainbows, and there are plenty of courses out there that have taken advantage of naive and vulnerable people and scammed them out of their money, claiming that they have the tools to teach you how to make money online.

There are lots of courses out there that even reach out through social media networks to invite people to check out their modules and sometimes those can be legit, but again, a lot of the time, it’s a scam.

This will leave you wondering if you can trust anybody online or not.

So, whether you are wanting to find something to supplement your main income, or you are wanting to truly quit your day job, and spend more time online, then you need to make sure that you can invest in a course that is reliable and is going to provide you with the skills you need to go out there and make a name for yourself.

I am passionate about helping people work out which companies and courses are legit, and which ones aren’t, because I know how frustrating it can be to be burned by companies that are claiming to be authentic and wanting to help you, when in all reality they are just wanting to help themselves.

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve done a lot of research around OPM Wealth, so today I am going to review them, and tell you what you need to know and whether you need to avoid them.

What is OPM Wealth?

OPM Wealth

OPM Wealth is a company or a course, with the acronym in its company name standing for ‘other people’s money’.

Of course, this name implies that you pool money from other people or users, so that you yourself can earn an income.

It is a multi-level marketing pyramid scheme that is designed to recruit new people into promoting the same business to others, through using other people’s money.

They’re going to show you how to get a loan, if you can’t afford the membership fee, so that you are ultimately using other people’s money to make money.

It is similar to a cash gifting program and promises a six-figure income within just three months. Of course, this as an over-the-top claim, and wildly unrealistic.

Another thing that’s really concerning about this company is that there’s no listing of the founder or the owner.

Instead, there’s just the name of a man who claims to be the face of it. All of the company’s promotional videos feature this guy as the main marketer.

If you were someone who was literally just starting out in the industry and didn’t have a bit of experience around companies like this like I do, you would think that OPM Wealth’s platform is pretty straightforward.

It looks like it is an unpopular MLM business that is trying to church up its marketing attempts with cryptocurrency.

If you watch their first video that you will see on the website, they claim to let you join for free.

Once you have completed your profile, then they’re going to ask you to watch three more introduction videos.

To progress through the scheme, you will have to schedule a call with a mentor and choose a package.

Of course, the majority of people aren’t going to be able to afford such an expensive course, which is why the company offers new clients some kind of credit assurance to assist them.

However, I’m pretty sure that pushing people into more debt isn’t actually helping them.

As soon as you have bought in, you will allegedly have access to the instructions and training that is going to show you how to recruit other people.

There are a number of different packages as well as a two-tier compensation plan, which I am going to go into detail about a little bit later.

These online courses have been voted as the best consistently in user ratings across various websites.

We have collated the user review data, and then we have done the courses ourselves to ensure 100% legitimacy.

These are by far the best courses on the market today.

Who Created OPM Wealth?

Because this information isn’t actually available, I am not able to verify whether Stefan Dessalines, the guy who says that he is the face of the company, is actually the real owner of OPM Wealth, or is just the spokesperson.

Of course, there is no doubt that he is the man in charge, because he appears in literally every video.

What I found pretty concerning was the fact that he was actually an actor before doing this, which means that he hasn’t got any experience in the marketing industry.

Who is going to trust somebody who is asking them to pay a huge amount of money if they have no experience in the field, they claim to be an expert in? If I was considering joining a company like this, I would need to learn a lot more about Stefan, and I would even need to be able to call him and talk to him about what he’s offering.

After a bit of research, I was able to find his Facebook group.

What’s really weird about his Facebook group is that it only includes 231 members, and it actually hasn’t been active since 2017.

Obviously, this raises another red flag, and makes you wonder what’s really going on behind the scenes.

How Does OPM Wealth Work?

As I mentioned a little bit earlier in the review, OPM Wealth is a scheme that is simply a way of borrowing money from banks to fund the scheme, in order to recruit others.

Already, I feel like this is a complete scam, and find it difficult to understand how anybody could see this as a legit way to earn money online.

It is only going to benefit those that run it, which means that if you end up signing up to it, you are only in for heartache.

Once you have signed up and spent money on the first package, you are going to get some training that includes learning about what it is, how it works, how to get started, the truth about money, time management, cryptocurrency basics, power of systems, laws of life, seven steps of financial freedom, 20 rules of money, the power of mindset, and financial independence.

According to the website, the free videos, as well as a coaching call with a member of the team, needs to be completed before you can access the coaching sessions.

A member of the scheme is going to be appointed to encourage you to join, and you are required to take action once you have completed the training, and you will be tasked to recruit others to become members of OPM Wealth, so that you can earn a commission.

Also, marketing campaigns will continue to cost you as time goes on.

What Does OPM Wealth Offer?

OPM Wealth says that they offer new clients a free account, so that you can sign up and watch their tutorial videos for free. Then, they claim that you can decide to either join or leave the program.

Their most basic package is going to cost you $2000, and their most expensive package is going to cost you $27,500.

Obviously, it’s very clear here that each new package is going to cost you more and more money.

You have to buy each package to earn commissions with this scheme, and when I do reviews like this, I look for a product that is going to offer its clients a real, tangible advantage.

As you probably have expected, this is not the case with OPM Wealth. Instead, when you join, they allow you access to a series of videos that are going to show you how to begin making money.

However, as you can see from the topics that I mentioned a little bit above, none of them seem to offer anything that is particularly interesting or unique.

Certainly, they aren’t offering anything that you can’t get anywhere else, and a lot of the time you can access information like this for free, on YouTube for example.

Can You Make Money with OPM Wealth?

OPM Wealth

The only way to make money with OPM Wealth is to recruit someone who goes through the same process as you. When you do this, you will earn a commission.

How much you earn depends on the level that you are on. This means that if you are on the bottom level, you will earn a commission on your referral’s purchase.

However, if your referral upgrades while you stay at the same level, you won’t get a commission.

Let’s take a look at their compensation plan.

Compensation Plan

When it comes to the compensation plan, this is a two-tier system, which means that you get paid a commission based on the actions of your referrals, as well as the actions of their referrals.

Apparently, the first-tier commission is 60%, and then the second-tier commission is 10%.

For example, you can make $1200 every time a level one referral upgrades, and $200 every time a level 2 referral upgrades.

Then a level 2 referral will get $2000 and $500 when they upgrade, and you will get $5000 for the first level upgrade, and $850 for each level 2 referral upgrade.

I think you are probably beginning to see why I think OPM Wealth is a pyramid scheme and is most definitely a scam.

In fact, their entire approach when it comes to how they help their clients make money is by definition a pyramid scheme, because no products are being sold, or anything else of value is being provided.

Therefore, their business model is completely unsustainable, and at some point, it is going to collapse.

OPM Wealth Pricing

The thing that is going to get people through the door in the first place is the fact that signing up to OPM Wealth in the first place is free.

By creating a free account with them, you can access introductory videos, including how they work, and how they can help you get started.

However, you need to purchase one of their packages if you want to earn money. I think it’s pretty clear at this point that joining these guys isn’t cheap and making money with them takes quite a bit of commitment.

So, in exchange for your money what do you receive? You earn commissions through training courses.

How Much Money Can You Make with OPM Wealth?

Let’s assume for a moment that you have paid between $2000 and $27,000 to join this program. Here’s how you will begin to make your money back.

Every time you recruit a new member through your group OPM Wealth is going to pay you.

On the bottom rung, you were going to get $1200 in commission, and on the top rung, you’re going to get $16,000 in commission on level one.

Just be aware that your commissions are only valid if your recruits purchase the same package as you. Apparently, you can withdraw your commission at any point in a form of cryptocurrency.

OPM Wealth Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The only advantage that I can see when it comes to using OPM Wealth is that they offer you a free account in the beginning. However, I think that this free account comes with a big catch.
Cons
  • You Can’t Really Earn Anything: You could claim that OPM Wealth is giving its users a high potential to earn a lot of money. However, considering how you have to earn your money, I don’t think that it is realistic to think that you are going to be able to turn this pyramid scheme into a full-time gig anytime soon.
  • You Won’t Learn Anything: Perhaps one of the most concerning things about OPM Wealth is that you aren’t actually going to learn anything by signing up to them. Despite the fact that you can sign up for anywhere between $2000 and $27,000, you’re actually not going to learn anything about growing an online business.
  • Videos are Useless: As far as I am concerned, I believe that the videos and the content that they put out there for their clients is completely useless. Again, as I mentioned earlier in the review, there’s nothing that you will see in these videos that you won’t be able to see for free on YouTube, or some other video streaming platform.
  • They Aren’t Offering a Product: If you actually stop to think about it for a second, OPM Wealth isn’t offering their clients a tangible product, and according to American business law, a company needs to sell a product that has real value in order to operate legally, even if they are selling the product at an inflated price. OPM Wealth isn’t following this rule, which means that they can’t even operate legally in America.
  • It’s Recruitment Only: One of my biggest issues with this pyramid scheme is that their compensation plan is recruitment only. This means that the only way that you can earn money with these guys after spending a huge amount of money on their mediocre videos is by recruiting others to join the scheme and taking their money. By definition, pyramid schemes are business models where members are recruited based on a promise of services or payments in exchange for enrolling others in the scheme, as opposed to selling a product or service. Because pyramid schemes are illegal in most countries around the world, of course, it is becoming more and more evident that these guys are a scam.
  • They Ask You to Borrow Money: Before you’ve even started to think about how you can make money through these guys, they are asking you to borrow money, so that you can invest in the pyramid scheme. This system is based upon you getting a bank loan, or someone else’s money, so that you can invest in the person that got you into it and earn money as a result. Either way, I definitely wouldn’t shell out $27,000 to invest in some random scheme that I had found on the Internet.
  • A Collapse of OPM is Possible: Even if you feel like you can believe in a company like this, there is every chance that they are going to collapse in the future. This is because pyramid schemes aren’t sustainable, especially when recruitment multiplies, which means that they are at the end of the day doomed to fail at some point. Now that you know that there’s no way that your money can be saved, would you still think about becoming a member? Could you even imagine wasting thousands of your dollars and time on something that is ultimately going to fail?
  • There Aren’t Any Testimonials: It would be nice if you were able to learn more about this company through existing client testimonials, but you probably aren’t surprised at this point to find out that they don’t have these anywhere. Nobody has been able to show their results, which means that it is impossible for me to join something like this, and I hope that you feel the same way.
  • Hidden Expenses: As I have talked about in great detail, a lot of money needs to be invested into this company, including online ads, for the scheme to be successful. This means that if the training isn’t adequate, you could end up losing a lot of money, and your costs could go up very quickly. They also don’t disclose what the extra costs are going to be, which is definitely cause for concern.

Is OPM Wealth a MLM?

I am very confident at this point that OPM Wealth is a high-ticket pyramid scheme. You can make money with high-ticket schemes like this, but I believe that it is never a good idea.

The first thing is that you are tricking yourself into joining a pyramid scheme. Therefore, to get your investment back, you need to recruit others to join the pyramid scheme.

Yes, I believe in the theory that you need to spend money to make money, that I also believe that investing $2000 to join a scheme that isn’t going to help you earn a six-figure income is crazy.

If you really want to earn some honest money online, then I recommend that you spend a bit of time studying affiliate marketing.

This is because affiliate programs can let you promote other people’s products on your blog or website, without having to recruit anybody, and make money off people’s loans.

Is OPM Wealth a Scam?

I believe that OPM Wealth has a lot of the traits of a scam, and I also believe that it is potentially illegal.

Another thing to note here is that the company isn’t listed with any third-party screening platforms, including the Better Business Bureau.

All I could find when I was doing my research for this review were similar reviews like mine that said the same thing.

You can find a lot of testimonies out there of people who have had terrible experiences with this company, so I don’t believe that these guys are a good investment, and I don’t think that they are safe either.

It’s all too easy these days to spend several thousand dollars on a scheme that has literally no positive reviews, is illegal by many definitions, and could end up failing in just a couple of months’ time.

Not only are you going to lose your money, but you are going to end up badly in debt.

Review Verdict

There is no doubt in my mind that OPM Wealth is a pyramid scheme that is hoping to recruit people into their program.

In order to unlock their commission levels, you will need to upgrade through different packages, and encourage others to do the same.

It is going to take you $50,000 to be successful with a scheme like this, and you will also need to convince other people to invest their hard-earned money as well.

Remember, pyramid schemes are illegal, so I definitely don’t recommend OPM Wealth, because it is far from the best way to earn money online.

Keep yourself and your money safe online and opt for other options like affiliate marketing so that you don’t end up getting burnt.
