MetaMask is a wallet for cryptocurrency that allows you to interact with blockchains, particularly Ethereum blockchain. It is a safe and trustworthy tool that keeps everything encrypted in your browser.
You can easily deposit your Ethereum coins in it without any problems or security issues
The good thing about MetaMask is that they do not store your personal data on their servers. You can also send BNB in your MetaMask wallet in addition to Ethereum.
In this guide, you can find out how to withdraw and send BnB from Binance to the MetaMask wallet successfully.
How Can You Send BnB From Binance To MetaMask
First, you need to connect your Binance Smart Chain network to Metamask. You will only be able to send BNB once you connect both platforms. It can be done by changing the networks to “Smart Chain” from “Ethereum.”
The entire process can take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour.
Here are the steps you can follow to send the cryptocurrency in a short span of time.
Click Or Tap On “Custom RPC”
Once you access your MetaMask wallet and log into it, you will see “Ethereum Mainnet,” where you will be able to view the list of networks.
At the bottom of, tap or click on the “Custom RPC.” It will allow you to connect the Smart Chain network to the MetaMask wallet.
Copy The Information In The Mainnet Fields
Once you have opened “Custom RPC,” a new page will open that shows the available networks. Here you can add or input the new “Smart Chain” network.
While copying your Smart Chain network from Binance, you will see two options:
Each of these networks will have specific information and fields. Access the “Mainnet,” and you will see the following details:
Network Name: Smart Chain
New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/
Chain ID: 56
Currency Symbol (optional): BNB
Block Explorer URL (optional): https://bscscan.com
Make sure that all this information is copied and then proceed to the next step.
Paste On MetaMask
Once you have the required information, paste it within the respective field. The “Network” page will show multiple fields, and you need to add the details copied from the Binance network. This mainly includes:
- “Network Name” tab-you will paste “Smart Chain” here.
- “New RPC URL” tab- you need to add https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/ here.
- “Chain ID” tab- input “56” here.
- “Currency Symbol” tab-you will paste “BNB” here.
- “Blockchain Explore URL” tab- add https://bscscan.com in this field.
When you are done, click on “Save” to successfully save your network to MetaMask. This will ensure that the Binance smart Chain network is connected to MetaMask.
Copy Address For BnB
Once you have added this information, you will see that “Smart Chain” is selected on the “Network” dropdown tab. It shows that you are currently using this network.
If you do not see this, tap on the dropdown tab and select “Smart Chain.”
It will direct you to take a page with the option “Account 1.” You can copy your BnB address by clicking on this button.
Go to your Binance account and open the “Wallet” settings visible on the top navigation bar. It will display a list of options such as:
- Fiat and Spot
- P2P and others.
Access the ‘Fiat and Spot’ one and find the wallet so that you can see the list of cryptocurrencies and deposited amount as well. Find BnB here, or you can search for it in the search bar too.
Click on the “Withdraw” next to the BNB balance and visit the next page.
Send To MetaMask
Once you are on withdraw page for BNB, you will see three fields:
Remember to select BNB on the “Coin” dropdown tab. In the “Address” field, paste the BNB address you copied on MetaMask.
Now in the list, you can select “BSC Binance Smart Chain (BEP20)” among the networks. Enter the amount in the required field that you wish to transfer to MetaMask. Click or tap on the option to “withdraw”.
You may be asked to verify your account for security purposes. In such a case, a code will be sent to your phone to resume the process.
Once the processing is completed, you can see the BNB balance at MetaMask. It is important to make sure that the details or address is correct so check that again before you confirm the withdrawal.
