Foost: A Review
When it comes to growing your Instagram reach, the main resource that you need is time. This time is mostly spent sitting and engaging with other users— this includes liking posts, leaving comments, responding to comments, following, as well as sending DMs. It can even include sharing posts or viewing stories.
The true key to expanding your Instagram following is engagement, but doing this manually definitely takes a lot of time and patience, which can occasionally be something that an Instagram user doesn’t have.
There are many more important elements to Instagram, including content strategy, hashtag selection and posting, caption creation, scheduling posts and visually planning your content aesthetic, among other things. Instagram looks so seamless when a profile is done right, but don’t be fooled— there’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes.
This is where Foost comes in. There are a variety of companies out there that claim to help you grow your Instagram following so you don’t have to sacrifice the time, and Foost is one of them.
Here we review their service so you can decide if you want to use them to help you achieve your Instagram growth goals.
There aren’t a lot of reviews available for this service, so we’ve done our best to gather all the facts to make sure you can make the most informed decision.
Top-rated Growth Tools for Instagram
What Is Foost?
Foost is a growth service who from the outset tries to make it clear that they are an industry leader in providing Instagram growth, but actually they are not exactly clear on how their service works.
Previously, they had made great claims that they don’t deal with fake followers or bots, but all of that website copy has since been removed. That is never a good sign.
They still give their customers a choice of three packages depending on what they want to spend, the two premium rate packages include a target-oriented strategy, which is what you want, and all packages include the ability to talk to someone in terms of “premium customer support,” whatever that means.
Foost claims to use precise targeting to generate premium traffic. They used to say “we don’t use bots,” but for some reason, that has magically disappeared from their website. Sorry, but that means they totally do, and they’re trying to rebrand.
They lied to customers and said they didn’t, saw huge levels of dissatisfaction and problems arise, and so they had to change course. In our book, that makes them a huge no-go.
In terms of Instagram growth, the organic growth strategy is the best one to deploy because it is a sustainable option for users and will consistently yield results. We’re not sure that Foost can deliver on that anymore, unfortunately.
Regardless of the service you use, one thing to bear in mind about this strategy is that you don’t get results straight away. This isn’t the kind of service where you part with your money and you see instant results, you are paying for a strategy that will keep working, week after week, month after month.
Don’t be deterred if after a week you haven’t seen your follower number go through the roof; the effects are compounded over time.
The more actions an Instagram growth service makes on your behalf, the more people see your account and follow you, which in turn will increase your visibility and the cycle continues.
We are not even sure at this point what kind of actions Foost takes on your account, as they claim to offer “fully managed campaigns” for $9 per week. To be honest, we’re still confused. There is no indication of what Foost actually does for you.
How Does Foost Work?
Foost uses the organic growth principle for Instagram engagement. It will engage with other users on your behalf to help increase your profile visibility.
The organic growth strategy is the strategy to deploy, this is because it is a sustainable option for users and will consistently yield results.
One thing to bear in mind about this strategy is that you don’t get results straight away.

Is Foost Safe?
Unlike other organic growth providers, there is no mention of any encryption or security on the website which is usually something we like to see.
A lot of the bigger providers have SSL encryption and security on their platforms to make sure your data is kept safe.
This isn’t saying that Foost isn’t safe, it is just saying that they don’t suggest they have this level of security.
They do indicate that they use 256-bit encryption to protect secure information, but in the web address bar, it reads “not secure.” Doesn’t make us feel too great about that.
Is Foost Legit?
In this day and age, it is too easy to fall into scams, but based on what we’ve seen on the Foost website, we’re not inclined to continue with their service at all.
Really, they say they provide “professional advertising and marketing management for your business,” and go through a bunch of random, general statements trying to describe a service, but they don’t even mention Instagram anymore.
They also have absolutely ghastly reviews on Trustpilot. Not only that, their website doesn’t even pop up on Google when you search their name, which is a terrible sign that something is wrong.
We really wanted to like Foost, but after all of the inconsistencies, we can’t give them a thumbs up and keep a good conscience.
At one point in time, it’s possible that Foost provided their customers with the organic growth strategy and methodology. Now, it appears that they’re trying to completely rebrand their service into something totally ambiguous, which is a huge red flag.
Another thing that stands out is the lack of inclusion of what security they offer their customers. If you are spending money with a growth service, you want to be sure that your details and data remains safe and secure. The plans are really general and really don’t give customers clarity on what they’re buying, which is alarming.
There are many Instagram growth services out there to choose from, and we don’t recommend that you choose from one as inconsistent as Foost. There are other options out there that have a better reputation and standing and are more developed in terms of what they offer customers.
We wanted to like your service Foost, but it really did fall short. We believe it does much more harm than good.
