Support
You might be surprised to hear that they only have a ticketing system when it comes to support. It means that your complaints will only be resolved through an online form.
But their website says that they also provide support over the phone and online chat.
They don’t have these two services, so they don’t know what they mentioned on their website. So, we will say that support will not make EZProxies stand out from the crowd.
But, on the other hand, they respond to even the more straightforward queries after an hour or so.
