The crypto market has started this past weekend in the green, with the most popular cryptocurrency Bitcoin going above USD 61K for the first time in nearly a month. Ethereum has also reached a record high against the US dollar.
BTC traded lower on the 10 April than it did on the 9 April, down from 61,206 to 60,511. The price was up by nearly 5% in one day, and 2% in a week.
ETH increased by 4.5% in one day and traded at USD 2,165 after it had reached USD 2,198. This is an increase of 1.5% in a week.
Other cryptocurrencies increased by between 1% and 16% in one day, including Binance coin.
