However, we were not convinced and decided to try the platform out. Sadly, Authenticviews could not stand up to the most basic expectations. There were several red flags that we noticed that a cramped dashboard and tedious methods of increasing the views.
It is definitely one of the poorest platforms that will not help you get views on YouTube and only contribute to a fake engagement.

When it comes to customer support, we were very surprised by the reception we got. When we tried to get in touch with the agents via live chat, the person replied back after two hours. Next, we also tried the email option, but we only received a response after two days. Finally, we decided to try the phone option.
When the agent picked up the call, we were taken aback by the rude attitude. The agent could not solve our problems and did not even consider listening to your questions. From this, we understood that the customer care agents do not care about their customers.
Quality of The Followers
Overall, we were disappointed by the quality of followers we received. When you take a look at the names of these followers, you will immediately understand that these subscribers are fake or bots. While these bots could increase the views on your YouTube videos, the comments and likes are not worth it.
Additionally, YouTube can decrease the rank of your content if it detects that you are using bots to improve and boost the YouTube stats.
